Scuba - Aesaunic EP [Hotflush]

Scuba - Aesaunic EP [HF024] by Hotflush

I consumed a lot of music this week but nothing stood out more than Scuba’s latest EP.  2009 was, for me, shaped by big tunes by Joy Orbison, Untold, Ramadanman and the like.  But Scuba quietly put out a slew of solid releases, each more impressive than the previous.  Even though it’s an EP, this release feels like a culmination of musical events of the past year.  An absolutely stunning piece of work.  You can buy it digitally on iTunes, Boomkat, Bleep, etc.

More Joy Orbison love.  The man is on serious fire right now.

beautiful work…

Sensational Japanese artist Que Houko. His art exhibits are like none other:  not only does he illuminate his fluorescent paints with black lights—he does it all live.

Who are you?! Why are you on my hard drive?!

Picasa 3.5 includes facial recognition.  It’s definitely CPU expensive but incredibly interesting to see all the random faces found.  Who are you people?!  Why are you on my hard drive?!  I am so intrigued..
